The County of Frontenac invites qualified service providers to submit proposals for the development of an updated Energy Conservation and Demand Management (ECDM) plan that will meet the County’s 2024 O.Reg.25/23 obligations.
The deliverables include an analysis specific to the operations of the Corporation of the County of Frontenac, namely its Corporate Services, Planning and Economic Development department, Long-Term Care facility, Paramedic Services and Marine Services. The scope of the proposal is further outlined in Appendix A. |
