The County of Frontenac invites interested proponents to provide a quotation to perform the work to replace the pipes and valves around the heating pumps located in the boiler room at Fairmount Home.

The project scope includes a quotation for all material, labour, overhead, equipment and all other expenses as necessary to complete the repairs.  

Scope:

1. Drain the heating loop fluid into drums. 
2. Replace pipe and valves around the heating pumps. 
3. Refill system with fluid that was captured in drums. 
4. Fill system and verify there are no leaks on portion that was replaced. 
5. Replace valves and balancing valves at the boilers. 
6. Replace 6” Victaulic in mechanical room. 
7. Replace 3” Victaulic fittings in the CRCA hallway. 
8. Replace the chemical pot feeder and feeder at the heating pumps. 
9. Balance pumps.

10. Reinsulate pipes
