The County of Frontenac is requesting quotations from qualified contractors to provide garage drain and interceptor power flushing and vacuum cleanout services at the locations listed below.

Scope of Work:

The successful contractor will supply all labour, equipment, vehicles, materials, and supervision required to complete power flushing and vacuum cleanout of garage drains and interceptors at each location. Work must be completed in a safe, clean, and professional manner, with all waste handled and disposed of in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations.  All locations are registered with the RPRA for 150L and 251L waste.

Quotation Requirements:            

Submissions must include the following:

• A breakdown of all charges per visit for each listed location.
• Any applicable travel, disposal, environmental, fuel, or administrative fees.
• Confirmation that the contractor can provide power flushing and vacuum cleanout services for garage drains and interceptors.

• Confirmation of insurance coverage, licensing, and any required regulatory compliance for waste handling and disposal.
