The County of Frontenac invites qualified service providers to submit quotations for Septic Services. Scope of Work Frontenac Paramedics is requesting quotations for septic tank cleanout services at the paramedic stations listed below. The work includes pumping, removal, transport, and disposal of septic tank contents in accordance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and environmental requirements.
Note: Due to a lack of building documentation, most septic tank capacities are best estimates based on pump history. Quotations should include all labour, equipment, travel, disposal fees, and any other costs required to complete the work. Vendors should identify any assumptions, exclusions, or conditions that may affect pricing. Please provide pricing for each station individually and a total price for all sites. Include disposal documentation process, and confirmation that all work will be completed by qualified personnel. |
