The County of Frontenac invites interested proponents to provide a proposal for the installation of video surveillance in the County parking lot and Lilac home area in its long-term care home, Fairmount Home. 

The scope of this project is to provide a quote for all material, labour, overhead and all other expenses as necessary for video surveillance in the County parking lot and Lilac home area in its long-term care home, Fairmount Home. 

Lilac home area

1. Must cover all hallways
2. Must cover dining room
3. Must cover TV room 
4. Must cover Lilac Courtyard  (see Appendix A) include maps 

County parking lot 

1. Must cover parking lot in front of building

2. Must cover parking lot at rear of building 

3. Must cover overflow parking lot

     Mandatory Requirements

1. System must provide role-based security to allow view only users
2. System must provide role-based security for administration of system
3. System must provide data encryption both in transit and at rest
4. Vendor will supply all cabling, termination and testing
5. Vendor will supply all network switching and connectivity equipment
6. System will be capable of establishing Intrusion Zones
7. System will be capable of Line Crossing
8. System must be capable of disabling sound on cameras
9. Both internal and external viewing capabilities
10. Monitoring station - courtyard
11. System must support variable retention periods
