The County of Frontenac and its constituent municipalities require external audit services for the County of Frontenac and the Townships of North Frontenac, Central Frontenac, South Frontenac and Frontenac Islands.

Each Municipality will individually evaluate submissions received for selection of Proponent, and will award points based on its own assessment of the quality of the submission content. Each Municipality reserves its right to participate in a group evaluation if it is determined that the selection of one Proponent is mutually beneficial to all, but will not be obliged to proceed in this manner. The County of Frontenac, as administrator, has prepared the particulars of this RFP and will be the sole contact throughout this process.
